Martin Coleman started Colem as an engineering services and design consultancy. Using his experience in management systems, Colem now supplies a unique satellite & broadcast control system design based on the industry standard GE iFIX Process Control platform.
Martin has worked with numerous broadcasters and satellite operators, improving their process control, including BSkyB, Reuters and YLE. Prior to setting up Colem, Martin was involved in the engineering and operations of various BT satellite projects for Madley & Goonhilly round stations in the UK. His background is both satellite and international telecommunications.

Rob Kernot concentrates on Media, the Workflow Processes, Content Processing and Asset Management – fresh from Reuters Television, where as Head of Engineering Development and Implementation, he specialised in building the Reuters media infrastructure, newsgathering and production.
Prior to joining Reuters, Rob worked in a number of engineering disciplines in BT, research work with the SRC and at Essex University and including systems development at EUTELSAT in Paris. From there his career focused on Reuters, initially working on data distribution systems for Reuters Financial, before a period of secondment to Visnews, the pre-cursor to Reuters Television.

Paul Coxhead is professionally qualified in Engineering and Business Management. In recent years, he has been responsible for major Next Generation and IP MPLS Networks for BT and working with leading vendors including Cisco, Alcatel/Lucent, and Huawei.
Paul has a proven track record and experience of successfully. Delivering Major Programmes across a diverse range of cultures and communication Technologies working at Director level within major telecommunication corporations and service providers.

John Pepper has been a director of Spice Design Consultants for over 20 years and has focused on bringing his core interior design, planning and project management skills into various projects within the Satellite/Broadcast sector, which include Inmarsat, Eumetsat, Eutelsat and NSS SES Astra.
John`s constant objective is to maintain an overview of Satellite RF/broadcast technology trends which combined with his commercial interior knowledge base, will translate into realistic infrastructure planning. To assist in the scheme development process, john utilises 2D & 3D design/ergonomic and visualization skills to illustrate planning options.
