Feasibility planning, design, costing and programming for a series of six alternative buildings in the Frankfurt city area to establish suitability for accommodating specialist Barco “virtual reality” projector equipment installation and development of FMOT support offices, ancillary and public areas.

On successful selection of the final site location in central Frankfurt, ColemSpice produced 3D visuals for presentation of schemes to local P&G directors for business case evaluation. ColemSpice provided extensive cost studies in cooperation with Jones Lang Lasalle Brussels office to facilitate processing through the corporate budget cost centres. The contract works were implemented by local architect, engineer and P&G team with ColemSpice final tender package of drawings.
