In 1994 The Spice team had previously designed, planned and managed   the complete console and equipment contract installation for both the Satellite Control and payload centre in Paris, and the subsequent transferral of payload services to Rambouillet in 2006.

 

 ColemSpice were contracted to survey the back-up redundancy services payload monitoring control room to provide design and planning proposals with costs and contract programme to install new modular GRP [ glass reinforced plastic ] control consoles to match the existing configuration.

 

This design and install contract was a follow on from the previous major logistics consoles installation carried out for the satellite monitoring control room some months previously.
