To provide outline feasibility proposals for the transfer of the Primary CSC from 70 rue Balard, Paris to the existing ground station at Rambouillet. The initial report was to include new EN requirements for environmental and ergonomic aspects of the 24/7 payload operations.

Scheme design -

Following acceptance of the initial report, Spice produced a “Cahier de charges” document including detailed specifications, CAD layout drawings, budget spread sheets, project programmes and power/data infrastructure strategy and planning documentation. The Spice tender package was supported by predicted budgets and detailed contract programme with distribution to contractors jointly co-ordinated by ColemSpice and the Eutelsat Rambouillet management team, the implementation of the  project was managed by local Paris based architects and consulting engineers with ColemSpice retained to maintain an overview.
